Tranquil Care Opens First Franchise Location in Hamilton/ Niagara Region!

After announcing that it was offering franchises in January, as part of its 10 Year Anniversary in business, Tranquil Care is pleased to announce that it has awarded its first franchise in the Niagara/ Hamilton Region.

“I heard about Tranquil Care because we knew one of the owners of the Toronto corporate operations,” explains the Hamilton franchisee. “We were always amazed with their success and wanted to be a part of it. We were excited when they announced that they were franchising.” Since they have started, the franchisee has been impressed with the training and support. “The franchisor helped us get our first large client! We confirmed the business model works. We now are finding the struggle is to find enough employees to keep up with the demand. It is a nice problem to have.”

When asked what the biggest surprise was when they became a franchisee? The franchisee explains, “It was how organized the business is.” This is in large part due to the comprehensive management software, designed specifically for Tranquil Care. “The software makes things so much easier.” He continues, “Also, the focus on quality. There is a genuine caring for the caregivers and clients. This becomes a part of everything Tranquil Care does.”
