New section: Essential Services Franchise Opportunities

In compliance with the government's decision to close businesses during the containment period to limit the community spread of COVID-19, some businesses continue to operate, as they are deemed to be essential services to the community.

These companies were able to contribute to the maintenance of essential services, while keeping their turnover intact despite the health crisis.
