Gatineau, Québec - March 15, 2011 Stuart Burns, President of Speedpro Signs Canada, is pleased to announce that the recent Speedpro Convention, held at the gorgeous Gatineau Hilton Lac Leamy, featured several new Franchise records. Burns explained that the annual event had record vendor participation at the Trade Show portion, plus Speedpro Canada enjoyed record sales in 2010 with 88% of franchisees posting sales growth over 2009!

At the Finale during the Awards Banquet, the “Speedpro Imaging - Franchise of the Year” honours went to Glenn Quarrington of Coquitlam and the “Speedpro Signs - Franchise of the Year” was awarded to Elmer and Barb Gillett of Newfoundland. Other award winners were: Mike Finneron Courtney for Building the Brand; Doug and Lynda Setterington of St. Catharines won the Innovation award; Jenny Ferris of West Edmonton Signs won the Fast Start Award; Brian and Elly Bonsma in Kelowna won for the Best Marketing Plan; and Joanne Ruston in Calgary NE won the Sales Achievement Award.
